The Lioness is the first TOPS model designed specifically with female users in mind, meaning it had to look as good as it worked, sleek and functional, attractive and deadly, and now it is available with a tumble finish.
The contour of the cutting blade, combined with the finger tread, makes it relatively easy to perform small and delicate cutting jobs. The sleek ergonomics of the handle make even long cutting operations much easier to complete. The Lioness Rockies Edition knife is designed for women who don't need a knife to look girly, but which will find its way into the hands of many men who will wear it proudly. The package includes a brown kydex sheath with a swivel clip that allows for easy vertical or horizontal carry depending on the situation. The tumble finish and brown Micarta canvas handles make this knife the perfect companion for the outdoorswoman and outdoorsman alike.

In late 1998, the TOPS Knives brand was founded with the goal of creating some of the highest quality knives on the market. These knives are tools that are designed and built using the extensive knowledge and real life experience of many users in the military, armed forces, outdoor professions and martial arts. Specifically, designers with backgrounds ranging from Navy Seals to Airborne Rangers, from martial arts instructors to survival experts, and from SWAT team members to Native weapons experts were collaborated with. TOPS has a designer from almost every background that uses hard-core knives.
All TOPS knives are handcrafted in a sweatshop in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, USA.
