Ganzo has developed another Ganzo universal grinder called the Touch Steel. Its main characteristic is its metal construction, so there are no concerns about the strength and durability of the tool. Optionally, the user can attach the base of the sander to a table top or other surface. It is, of course, quite possible to just hold the tool so that it does not move while grinding the blade.

It is also important to note that the Ganzo Touch Pro Steel grinder is more compact than previous models; therefore, it is easier to transport. The grinder guide consists of two separate parts. The handle of this model is elongated with a rubberized surface. The Touch Pro Steel grinder will appeal to both DIYers who are inexperienced in knife sharpening and professional users.
