Cold Steel's Emperor Series Wakizashi is designed to reflect some of the most distinctive features of Japanese sword design. Only traditional materials are used to produce the guard (Tsuba), collar (Fuchi) and pommel (Kashira) - each piece is expertly crafted and precision finished in nickel and silver. The handle is covered in genuine stingray leather and wrapped tightly in the traditional style with black silk cord. Emperor swords have fully sharpened 1060 carbon steel blades that are further heat treated.
