Throwing knives
Throwing knives are used for fun days. If the user learns the technique of throwing properly, the result is a regular placement of the knife where it is needed. Soft wood should be used as a base. Throwing knives are not hardened to a higher hardness because of the improved "flexibility" they suffer when impaled. For this reason, conventional knives are not recommended for throwing as the tips can break and the overall knife suffers from shock.
Throwing knives are often sold in sets of 2-3 and include a belt sheath.
