Rukojeť je vyrobena z výběrového dřeva z vlašského ořechu. Sada obsahuje kuchařský nůž 15 cm, 20 cm, 22 cm, Santoku nůž 17 cm, nůž na chleba 22 cm, kuchyňská vidlička 15 cm.
