The Ka-Bar Short has been a reliable companion for soldiers, sailors and Marines since the 1940s. Now, with over half a century of service combined with modern tools and construction, the Ka-Bar Fighting/Utility knife is ready for another 50 years of service with members of the armed forces, rescue workers or outdoor enthusiasts.
It features a clip point blade made from 1095 Cro-Van steel that has been carefully ground and heat treated to make each knife strong and durable, yet easy to sharpen. Polished leather handles with a powder coated carbon steel guard. The brown leather sheath gives the knife an aesthetic look and allows for safe carrying.
