Four sharpening stones on wooden block. The edges are marked with reference angles, so the user will have an approximate view of the angle being ground.
Each stone measures approximately 10 x 2.5 cm. Rough, Medium, Fine (Arkansas) and Extra Fine. A bottle of oil is included.

Arkansas grinding stones come in a variety of colors, including white, gray, brown, black and more, but the latter does not distinguish between their grits.
Here is a general breakdown:
- Soft Arkansas is the coarsest of the three types of Arkansas stones. Its color is usually marbled, with colors ranging from white, gray, and black.
- Hard Arkansas is a stone with a fine grain. It is usually white in color, but light orange colors may be intermixed throughout the stone.
- Black Arkansas is a stone with a very fine grain. It is black or dark grey in colour.
