The Benchmade 535SL-13 Bugout is a precision-crafted pocket knife that pushes the boundaries of everyday carry (EDC) to a new level. The ultra-lightweight anodized aluminum handle in a shade of crater blue is reminiscent of the dark depths of the ocean, where this unique tone draws its inspiration. The minimalist design of the knife body delivers not only a sleek look, but also exceptional resistance to mechanical wear and corrosion, while maintaining an extremely light weight of approximately 56 grams.
The drop point blade, made from premium CPM-S90V stainless steel, offers superior hardness, long-lasting sharpness and extreme wear resistance. This steel achieves high Rockwell hardness values (HRC) ranging from 59-61. The Cerakote® finish in a shade of crushed silver not only gives the blade an attractive matte appearance, but also greatly increases its resistance to corrosion, abrasion and chemicals.
Details in the form of turquoise anodised fasteners and the Axis® lock system underline the modern character of the knife, while ensuring smooth and secure opening and closing with one hand. Handle shaping and fine texturing provide a secure grip in a variety of conditions, whether in urban environments or outdoor activities.
