Cold Steel SRK (Survival Rescue Knife) was designed specifically with survival and rescue operations in mind. The blade of the knife is made of Japanese SK-5 high carbon steel, which shows high toughness, holds the blade very well and has great abrasion resistance. The blade is further treated with Black Tuff-Ex™ anti-corrosion coating. The perfectly shaped Kraton (Long Kray-Ex™) handle offers a non-slip surface. It fits perfectly in the hand and allows even very delicate handling in wet and muddy environments.
