Lionsteel Acha - Black Burlap - Black blade M390
Code: AH B BLBRelated products
Product detailed description
LionSteel Acha was created based on the principle that the blade passes through the entire handle and is secured at the end with an original steel nut. This design detail not only strengthens the overall strength, but also gives the knife a technical uniqueness. M390 steel with a fine satin finish combines high wear resistance with excellent cutting performance, which every user will appreciate during long-term use.
The protective element between the blade and the handle is milled from titanium using CNC technology, resulting in a precise connection and a discreet appearance. The ergonomics of the Burlap Micarta handle allow for a comfortable grip in various styles and promote confidence when working. The surface of the material provides pleasant contact and excellent stability even in more demanding conditions.
The end cap, turned with precision to a thousandth of a millimeter, allows the knife to be completely disassembled for cleaning and maintenance. The package includes a special steel key that slides into the holes in the cap and acts as a lever to loosen the thread. This system combines the robustness of a fixed knife with the practicality of easy serviceability.
The Acha model, designed by Molleta, is the first LionSteel knife made using this unusual method. It combines elegance and technical innovation with functional strength, creating a tool suitable for everyday carry and more demanding use.

LionSteel was founded in 1969 in Maniago, where knife making is as traditional as in Solingen, Germany. It was founded by Mr. Gino Pauletta, and was mainly focused on contract manufacturing of knives from other manufacturers. A few years later, the company produced the first knives of its own design, thus creating the LionSTEEL brand. The name of the factory is given by the stone statue of a lion standing in front of the building and the material from which the knives are made.
At the end of the 1990s, the founder's three sons, John Daniel and Maximus, join the work. At that time, the company made a great leap in quality with the introduction of digital machine control.
At this time the company has fifteen employees and sells its products not only in Europe but also in the USA. It focuses on the production of knives of the highest quality. The company's philosophy is to supply knives made exclusively in Italy. None of the knives or their components are made in Asia.
