The Magnum Black Samurai is a remarkable and ornate collectible sword that can become the centerpiece of your entire collection. Even inside the black lacquered wooden scabbard, the Black Samurai looks impressive. The scabbard features hand-carved kanji (emblems) of "Generosity, Compassion and Sincerity". Pulling out the sword with its decorative blade and carbon steel hilt, you can discover more kanji that are deeply carved into the blade. These marks mean, "From time immemorial, God has been with those who serve with honor and dignity." The anthracite tsuba and the traditionally wrapped handle complete the overall dignified image.

The roots of Böker go back to the 17th century, when the family forge operated in Remscheid and focused on steel processing and edge tools. During the second half of the 19th century, parts of the family moved to North America, establishing facilities in the USA and Canada. This international presence allowed experimentation with new designs and materials. Today, major production remains in Solingen, supported by manufacturing in the USA and Argentina, while modern CNC machining ensures tight tolerances and repeatable results. Böker develops knives in-house and in collaboration with well-known makers, delivering tools that combine engineering precision with practical usability, including the widely distributed MAGNUM line aimed at robust everyday performance.
