RWL34 (RWL-34 PM; Z100CD14.4)
(1.05% Carbon (C), 14% Chromium (Cr), 4% Molybdenum (Mo), 0.2% Vanadium (V), 0.5% Manganese (Mn), 0.5% Silicon (Si)) High purity alloy from Damasteel of Sweden. A very decent powder steel with excellent edge strength and quite decent toughness. Excellent grindability and polishability. Also used as steel in the production of Damasteel's DS93X damascus blend. Typical Rockwell hardness up to 64 HRc.
