Designed specifically as a pocket knife for everyday carry, the X1-Microflip is the first in the Hogue range with a blade length under 7cm. It comes with a stonewash finish or a black Cerakote finish. The 3mm thick blade is made from CPM-154 steel and offers excellent corrosion resistance while holding the blade superbly. It is cryogenically heat treated to 57-59HRC and then hand ground and honed. The hard-anodized 6061-T6 Type III aluminum frame is contoured for an ergonomic grip and comfortable one-handed use. The end of the handle is a pointed impact head. Models are available in matte finish black, gray, dark earth or aquamarine. A reversible pocket clip is also included. All Hogue knives were designed by former Marine reconnaissance officer Allen Elishewitz and are made in the USA.
