The Victorinox Rescue Tool is primarily used by firefighters or conscientious drivers in their car in case of an accident. The window-breaking tip and the shatter saw can be used separately and are easily replaceable.
This knife was developed in collaboration with safety and rescue forces during a five-year project.
The key features of this new pocket tool can be opened and used immediately in seconds. All parts have been subjected to rigorous testing, especially the tip for breaking windows and the saw for cutting shattered glass. Thanks to the rounded blade for cutting seat belts, the belts can be cut very safely. This tool contains the most important functions for freeing a person trapped in a car. All tools that must be immediately available can be opened even with gloves and are suitable for right- and left-handed users.
The appearance of the Rescue Tool knife with luminescent blade is also special. The knife comes in a luminous yellow and red nylon sheath.
