The Precision Adjust ELITE system builds on the popular Precision Adjust knife sharpener.A comprehensive sharpening system containing 7 different sharpeners, with 15°-30° angle options, ensures the precision you want when sharpening your knife. The Work Sharp Elite thus contains more options for optimal sharpening.
Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener Elite is a knife sharpening system with seven sharpening coarsenesses as well as providing a precise result. The sharpening angle can be easily adjusted from 15° to 30° in 1" increments to sharpen each of your knives. The Tri-Brasive sharpener carrier contains coarser 220+320 grit diamond inserts, medium 400 grit, fine 600+800 grit for fast edge recovery, and fine grit ceramic stone to hone your knives to incredible sharpness. Plus, the Elite set features a wraparound leather for the final stage and ceramic sharpeners for a serrated edge. Innovative clamping system quickly and securely locks your knife. The sharpening base provides a stable platform for sharpening on the table. All sharpeners can be purchased separately when worn.
