Japanese kitchen knives are suitable for any modern kitchen.
The cutting core of the knife is made of Japanese Aogami steel produced by Hitachi Metal combined with Shirogami steel having chrome and tungsten. The Aogami core is protected by 410 stainless steel. This combination is a very popular choice for high-end Japanese kitchen knives.
