An abrasive paste that helps to make your knife sharp again in a very easy and gentle way. As with sharpeners, you need to distinguish between finer and coarser pastes depending on how dull the knife is. A coarser paste should be used for a very dull blade, followed by a fine to very fine paste. If the blade is only slightly dulled, finer paste can be used.
