An abrasive paste that helps to make your knife sharp again in a very easy and gentle way. As with sharpeners, you need to distinguish between finer and coarser pastes depending on how dull the knife is. A coarser paste should be used for a very dull blade, followed by a fine to very fine paste. If the blade is only slightly dulled, finer paste can be used. They are then spread with the blade of the knife. With higher stiffness, we recommend applying a few drops of mineral oil to make the paste more "spreadable".
