Kris
The Kris is a classic Malaysian knife with a "wavy" blade that originates from the island of Java. It is considered one of the ancient weapons of Southeast Asia, and its popularity quickly spread throughout the archipelago. The kris was originally a sword that was one of the famous weapons of the Filipino martial art of eskrima. Warriors of the Samal and Yakan clans used it to cause maximum damage. Even today, the kris is used in training and professional combat.
