The TOPS Knives El Chappo Mini is a compact but powerful fixed blade tool from the American brand TOPS, which brings the classic cleaver style to a smaller and more versatile size. This mini cleaver features a 1095 carbon steel blade, which, thanks to its precise grinding and high flat grind profile, provides excellent sharpness and the ability to comfortably cut meat, cheese, vegetables, or other ingredients when working in the kitchen, around the campfire, or during outdoor activities. The black canvas Micarta handle ensures a firm, secure, and comfortable grip even in demanding conditions, while the durable Sniper Gray Cerakote finish protects the blade from corrosion and wear. Thanks to its small overall length of around 16.5 cm and low weight, the El Chappo Mini is easy to carry in a backpack or pocket, and with the included Kydex sheath, you always have this practical tool safely stored and quickly at hand.
