The Pacifico knife embodies an unmistakable synthesis of maritime inspiration and precise craftsmanship. The development of this knife directly reflects the stage of Bob Terzuola and his wife Suz's life following their move to San Diego - a place where their daily contact with the Pacific Ocean is reflected in every curve and material decision. The shape of the knife, remotely reminiscent of the classic Italian stiletto, has been reworked to include an elegant “tail” element that evokes associations with the hydrodynamic silhouette of dolphins and whales. The resulting line is not only aesthetically balanced, but also functional - it optimizes handling and ergonomics when holding.
The Thor Damascus steel blade from the Swedish Damasteel brand ensures high wear resistance and exceptional blade stability. The hardness of the blade material ranges from 59 to 61 HRC, which is the ideal compromise between toughness and the ability to keep the blade extremely sharp for a long time. Thanks to the powder metallurgy of Damasteel, the material is characterized not only by its technical properties, but also by its unique optical layered structure, reminiscent of the waves of the sea surface.
The handle made of Fatcarbon's Black Camo composite material not only offers an impressive appearance with shadow contrasts, but also a very low weight and excellent resistance to chemical and mechanical stresses. The material structure contributes to a secure grip even under difficult conditions.
The Pacifico knife is not just a tool - each of the 300 numbered pieces of this limited edition functions as a collector's item and powerful EDC (everyday carry) equipment. It is a technically sophisticated object in the long tradition of Terzuolo's design philosophy: Combining function, aesthetics and history in a single piece.
