In recent years, telescopic batons have become part of the equipment of most armed forces around the world. Their popularity is due to their durability and considerable efficiency while maintaining reasonable dimensions.
The telescopic baton is most commonly sold in a hardened version, which is however designed exclusively for a person's personal defence. The sizes offered are 41, 46, 53, 60 and 66 centimeters.
