Custom knifemaker and inventor Michael Walker may be a legend in his own right, but his pioneering Blade Lock closing knife has been reissued with modern materials that still retain the classic look of Walker's original.
The Walker Blade Lock is a positive locking system that keeps the blade locked in both the open and closed positions. The mechanism is operated by a spring loaded reed behind the blade thumb stud. To open or close the blade, press the thumb pin while pushing forward or backward to rotate the blade in place.
With a sheepsfoot-shaped blade made from 14C28N steel and a stainless steel handle covered in durable G10 material, the Walker Blade Lock is a legend worth whispering about.
