Padawan - this capable closing knife, first designed by Pedro Buzetti for CRKT. It was created for utilitarian purposes, with a 14C28N steel blade and a micarta handle that withstands heavy use. The frame lock has been modified to keep the blade secure and prevent it from riding up excessively, and the clip allows the knife to sit low in the pocket. Why is it called the Padawan? As an apprentice to famed knifemaker Flavio Ikoma - known to some as "The Master" - Buzetti's role as "Padawan" was the perfect inspiration for the debut of his first design.
