Product detailed description
Cold Steel Ti-Lite switchblades evoke the sleek speed and rebellious lines of classic 1950s switchblades. Often imitated but never surpassed, Ti-Lite knives (designed by the late, great Phil Boguszewski) are masterpieces of performance and style. Ti-Lite knives are equipped with our stainless steel leaf spring lock (proven in our tests to hold up to 145 kg). For ease of carry, Ti-Lite knives feature a small but unobtrusive steel pocket clip and can be quickly opened with thumb pins or by catching the quillon on the edge of the pocket when drawing the knife.
Fans of the Ti-Lite line of knives will be thrilled with the arrival of our new Kris-style knives. Available in 10 or 15 cm plain blades and a 15 cm serrated version. The handles are made from Griv-Ex™ material in a flat dark earthy colour.
"My Lynn Thompson Ti-Lite knife with the Kris style blade was such a hit that we decided to offer it in our regular range. It is available with a flat handle in a dark earth colour made from super strong grivory and a high satin polished blade. It's a real looker that is sure to catch all the attention in the room when you open it. And as a bonus, its Kris-shaped blade is razor sharp -Lynn Thompson

Cold Steel Inc. represents a brand that consistently pushes knife design toward strength, durability, and cutting efficiency. Its American background reflects a focus on solid engineering, material control, and real-world testing rather than purely theoretical performance. The core idea revolves around producing knives that endure heavy use while maintaining reliable sharpness.
Blade geometry, grind optimization, and heat treatment form the foundation of the development process, balancing toughness with aggressive cutting ability. Handle designs emphasize secure grip in wet, cold, or demanding conditions. Locking systems receive special attention, prioritizing safety and long-term reliability during intensive use.
The range covers tactical, utility, and hunting knives, allowing the brand to reach professionals as well as everyday users seeking dependable tools. Consistent manufacturing standards reinforce long-term trust among enthusiasts. Cold Steel has earned recognition for knives built to perform, not to impress on a shelf.
