This hunting knife is suitable for working with both fish and smaller animals. The wide blade of the knife is made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, which after heat treatment shows a hardness of 57-58 Rockwell. Due to the shape of the blade belly, the knife cuts very well. The handle of the knife is made of fiberglass nylon with GFN marking. It has a deep texture to keep the knife from slipping even in wet or muddy hands. The knife is equipped with two locking latches for added safety. The blade is secured by a linerlock safety against spontaneous closing, as well as a secondary safety mechanism that is extremely impact resistant when engaged.
