Michal Gavac is one of the few designers whose work is instantly recognizable. His knives have distinctive blade shapes and uniquely tapered handles that defy conventional design norms. His creations do not follow tradition, but forge their own path. Gavac also has a habit of naming his knives after sharks - an influence that becomes apparent on closer inspection. The Sixgill model pays homage to his custom Sevengill knife and embodies the same relentlessness as its namesake. The broad, pointed blade and slender ergonomic handle create a striking contrast, making the knife look and feel larger than it actually is.
