Product detailed description
This special edition with the coordinates of the cutlery factory on the blade of the knife highlights the distinctive Dala Red colour that has defined Morakniv and its long red thread throughout history. It has taken us years to perfect the knives we produce today. Because, like you, we know that quality demands no shortcuts.
Designed for the adventurer, this knife is an excellent choice when you need a safe and sturdy tool on hand. The ergonomic barrel-shaped polymer handle features a quality grip, finger guard and a 3.2mm thick carbon steel blade that provides both strength and stability with every cut. The black DLC finish provides some protection against corrosion and prevents glare on the blade. The symmetrical polymer sheath is suitable for both right and left-handed users and has a Swedish leather strap that easily attaches to your belt. Carbon steel will rust, so wipe and oil the blade after use. Made in the knife factory in Mora, Sweden.

Traditional Swedish Mora knives have earned a strong reputation as dependable tools over many years. Their strength lies in straightforward design, proven materials and real-world usability, rather than visual extravagance. Blades are commonly made from Scandinavian steel, treated to balance edge retention with easy maintenance. The characteristic grind supports controlled cutting during woodworking, food preparation or general outdoor tasks. Handles feel secure in the hand, even in cold or wet conditions, reflecting their northern heritage.
Knife making in the Mora region reaches far back in history, and this long-standing craftsmanship still influences production today. Generations of experience combine with modern manufacturing techniques, resulting in tools that perform consistently in daily use. Mora knives often serve as an entry point for beginners, yet continue to satisfy experienced users who value reliability.
Well-known model lines gained popularity through versatility, durability and honest performance. Mora demonstrates that a simple, well-made knife can deliver outstanding value without unnecessary complexity. This practical philosophy explains why the brand remains trusted worldwide.
