The Pro-Tech Terzuola ATC is a modern interpretation of the tactical closing knife, designed in collaboration with Bob Terzuola, considered one of the pioneers of the "tactical" EDC (everyday carry) knife concept. The ATC (All Terrain Companion) model combines the precision of American manufacturing, superior materials and a design philosophy focused on functionality, ergonomics and reliability in demanding conditions.
The blade length of approximately 89 mm is made of 154CM stainless steel, which has long proven to be a balanced material for knives designed for everyday and professional use. With a hardness of around 59-61 HRC, this steel has excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. Thanks to its higher carbon and molybdenum content, it manages to maintain sharpness even after prolonged use, while sharpening remains manageable in field conditions. Drop point blade shape with flat cut provides versatile cutting capabilities while maintaining tip strength, increasing usability for both fine and heavy duty work.
The handle is milled from 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with a hard anodised finish. The result is a strong, lightweight construction that resists wear, moisture and chemical attack. Pro-Tech traditionally focuses on ergonomics - the handle fits well in the hand, the transitions are smooth, and the edges are gently rounded. The precise fit between the parts and the smooth operation of the push-button mechanism are very precise.
